1. Return Eligibility

• Damaged or Defective Products: We accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof (photos/videos).

• Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours. We will assist you with returning the item and sending you the correct one.

• Unused Products: Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Any opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective.

2. Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic wellness products, we do not accept returns for:

• Open/Used products for health and hygiene reasons

• Items bought during promotions or discounts (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@veravedaa.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective item.

3. Return Authorization: After verifying the issue, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

4. Return Shipping: You may be responsible for return shipping costs, except if the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Rejected Returns: If the returned item does not meet our return criteria (used/open products), the return may be rejected.

Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect product and wish to exchange it, we will gladly send you a replacement once we receive the returned item.

6. Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
